At Anaheim Hills Imaging Center, we offer the following diagnostic services:
Uses a magnetic field and pulses of radio wave energy to provide images of organs and structures inside the body. At our facility, we are using the G.E. Short-Bore High Field MRI Imaging system, which is accredited by the American College of Radiology.
Uses a magnetic field and pulses of radio wave energy to provide pictures of blood vessels inside the body. In many cases MRA can provide information that cannot be obtained from an X-ray, ultrasound or CT scan. MRA can find problems with the blood vessels that may be causing reduced blood flow. With MRA, both the blood flow and the condition of the blood vessel walls can be seen. The test is often used to look at the blood vessels that go to the brain, kidneys and legs.
Uses MRI after a contrast material such as dye, water, air or a combination of these) has been injected into the joint. This allows your doctor to see the soft tissue structures of your joint, such as tendons, ligaments and cartilage. An arthrogram is used to find the cause of ongoing, unexplained joint pain, swelling, or abnormal movement of your joint. It may be done alone, before, or as part of other tests, such as MRI.
Uses sound waves to form images of the body’s interior.
Uses low-dose radiation to produce images of tissues in the body.
